The IPO market has been on a tear and it shows no signs of stopping. From initial public offerings to blank check companies, and everything in between, private companies are accessing the public markets at a clip not seen in decades.

On Wednesday, February 3, Insider spoke to experts from Goldman Sachs, Lead Edge Capital and Latham & Watkins about the current state of the market and how options like direct listings, hybrid auctions and blank-check firms are giving tech startups more choice than ever before.

The panel of experts unpacked the dynamics of the current market, and discussed why and when a particular company may choose one option over another. One conclusion that came out of the nearly hour-long conversation is that the bull market for tech stocks still has room to run.

Insider’s chief finance correspondent Dakin Campbell spoke with:

Kim Posnett, global head of investment banking services at Goldman Sachs
Greg Rodgers, capital markets attorney and partner at Latham & Watkins
Mitchell Green, founder of venture capital firm Lead Edge Capital
