Dale is a Vice President on the investment team where he focuses on evaluating opportunities in the public markets.
Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2026, Dale worked at Berkshire Partners where he invested in high-growth services businesses. He held prior roles at Bain & Company and the Johns Hopkins University Endowment.
Dale received a B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from Yale University.
