Avra joined Lead Edge to build out Value Creation in 2022. She is responsible for partnering with Portfolio Companies to drive results, evaluating opportunities in GTM during due diligence, and determining ways to improve Lead Edge’s internal infrastructure to support sustainable long-term success. Most recently Avra built out the Revenue Strategy & Operations practice on Vista’s GTM consulting team. Prior to her life in private equity, Avra spent over a decade as a Sales Strategy & Operations practitioner in the SaaS space. Her career has spanned across the Go-To-Market functions, with a deep focus in Sales. She has experience across a variety of end-markets ranging from customer experience, consumer generated content, cyber security, recruiting, healthcare solutions, transportation, employee safety, compliance, revenue optimization, sales efficiency among others. She additionally spent some time in seat selling SaaS solutions before moving into a strategy role. Prior to her career in SaaS, Avra was a corporate attorney focused on M&A, Private Equity & Securities law.
