Dan Lynn is a Partner on the investment team where he leads investments in the software, internet and technology enabled services sectors. He currently serves on the boards of Clubspeed, GrowthZone, IGM Technology, Revenue Analytics, and VitalSource.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2022, Dan was on the investment team at Francisco Partners where he was responsible for enterprise software investments. Additionally, Dan held previous positions at both Zuora and McKinsey & Company.

Dan received his B.A. in Art History, magna cum laude, from Columbia University.

Dan is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
