Elisa is the Chief Compliance Officer at Lead Edge where she is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s compliance program.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2021, Elisa worked at JANA Partners in various compliance related roles.

Elisa received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida, and her M.A. in International Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
