Esther White

Esther is a Senior Talent Associate on the value creation team, where she assists the Firm’s portfolio companies with their Human Resources strategies.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2024, Esther was a Principal at Korn Ferry in their Organizational Strategy group. Additionally, Esther was part of PwC's Private Equity Value Creation team, focusing on human capital.

Esther received her B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College.

Esther is based out of the Firm's New York office.
