Lubomir Cuba

Lubo is a Senior Associate on the investment team where he focuses on sourcing and diligence efforts of growth-stage technology businesses.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2026, Lubo was a member of the investment team at Cinven where he evaluated buyouts in technology and healthcare businesses. Additionally, Lubo held prior roles at Court Square Capital and UBS.

Lubo received his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.

Lubo is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
