Mia is an Executive Assistant at Lead Edge where she provides support to the Head of Business Development and a Partner on the Investment Team.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2026, Mia worked as an Executive Assistant at Bregal Sagemount and Corigin Holdings. She has additional guest service experience working at Marriott Vacations Worldwide and The Walt Disney Company.

Mia received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Education from the University of Utah.

Mia is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
