Phanessa Pappas

Phanessa is a member of the Operations Team, focused on day-to-day operations, data management and process optimization for the accounting and finance teams.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2024, Phanessa was part of the Finance & Operations team at Celonis, Inc. Prior to Celonis, Phanessa worked at JANA Partners LLC as a Business & Operations Analyst, specializing in system implementation, process enhancements and accounting operations.

Phanessa received her B.S. from the University of Central Florida in Marketing and Hospitality Management.

Phanessa is based out of the Firm’s New York Office.
