Phil DeLorenzo

Phil is a member of the operations team where he focuses on tax compliance and reporting.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2018, Phil was a Senior Associate at PwC where he specialized in tax compliance for both hedge and private equity funds.

Phil received his M.S. in Taxation from St. John’s University and B.S. in Accounting from the College of Staten Island.

Phil is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
