Phoebe Pantazis

Phoebe is the Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Internal Recruiting at Lead Edge where she oversees recruiting, employee relations, learning and development, intern and analyst programs, and review processes.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2022, Phoebe was AVP of Management Company Operations at Trilantic Capital Partners, where she spent time building and supporting the firm's operational infrastructure and culture initiatives. Phoebe also co-founded an off-campus student housing company with her husband, called Bunkabl.

Phoebe received her B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from King's College and her M.A. in Leadership and Management, with honors, from Concordia University.

Phoebe is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
