Ray Joyce

Ray is a Vice President on the investment team where he helps lead sourcing and diligence efforts of growth-stage technology businesses.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2018, Ray was an investor at Declaration Partners and Greenspring Associates where he spent time primarily investing within the enterprise software sector. Ray also co-founded 301 Ventures, a pre-seed fund focused on investing within the entrepreneurial community of his alma mater.

Ray received his B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Economics, with honors, from University of Maryland.

Ray is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
