Stephan Dietrich

Stephan is an Operating Partner at Lead Edge, where he brings 25+ years of experience in enterprise software and a strong operational track record of growing and scaling start-ups. Stephan currently sits on the Boards of Akeneo, Lucca, Toucan Toco, Remesh, and YouSign.

Stephan brings his skill set and experience to high-growth SaaS companies as an advisor, independent director, and investor and specializes in helping European enterprise software firms land, scale, and successfully exit in the U.S.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2022, Stephan was a serial-entrepreneur. He co-founded Neolane in 2001 and served as President & CEO of Neolane Inc. until its acquisition by Adobe. He served 5 years as a GM/VP at Adobe.

Stephan received his M.S. from CentraleSupélec and his M.B.A. in Strategy & Business Administration from Collège des Ingénieurs.

Stephan is based out of Boston.
