Stephan Dietrich

Stephan is currently an Operating Partner at Lead Edge, with 25 years of experience in enterprise software and a strong operational track record of growing and scaling start-ups. Stephan is currently a Board Member of Akeneo, Lucca, Toucan Toco, Remesh, and YouSign.

Stephan brings his skill set and experience to high-growth SaaS companies as an advisor, independent director, and investor and specializes in helping European enterprise software firms land, scale, and successfully exit in the U.S.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2022, Stephan co-founded Neolane and served as President & CEO until its acquisition by Adobe.

Stephan received his M.S. from CentraleSupélec and his M.B.A. in Strategy & Business Administration from Collège des Ingénieurs.

Stephan is based out of Boston.
