Susan Bihler

Susan is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Lead Edge where she is responsible for overseeing all firmwide operations including human capital, compliance, vendor selection and other strategic firm matters.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2022, Susan was a Partner at Catalyst Investors, a NYC based growth equity firm where she focused on investing in high growth technology businesses. She also worked as an analyst at CIT Group in the Communications, Media & Entertainment Group.

Susan received her B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Susan is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
