Brian Neider

Brian is a Partner on the investment team where he helps lead all aspects of the Firm's day to day operations. He is a member of the Investment Committee and Management Committee of the Firm. Brian has led or co-led investments in companies such as Amplitude, Anaqua, Asana, Catawiki, Duo Security, EBANX, Immedis, Kapost, Knock, Lucid, Pacemate, SafeSend, Signal Sciences, Toast, Workhuman, Xamarin, and Yousign.

Brian is currently a Board Member or Board Observer of Catawiki, Copado, PaceMate, SafeSend and Yousign.

Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2012, Brian was a member of the investment teams at both FTV Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners, where he focused on mid-market growth investments in the software, business services and internet sectors. While at Bessemer, he was integrally involved in building Bessemer’s deal-sourcing initiative.

Brian received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Brian is based out of the Firm’s New York office.
